CMMS/Call Center

TMR uses web based CMMS to manage our operation fronts and widely used for our entire work request. It is an automated application tool capable of storing, managing and displaying maintenance management information such as work order, assets, materials, preventive maintenance and reports. It is designed to meet facility maintenance, operation and corporate reporting requirements. Since the CMMS is in a web based form, it is accessible from anywhere and can be viewed in a real time. It can also be accessible concurrently by different user.

HVAC

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) refers to technology of indoor or automotive environmental comfort. HVAC system design is a major sub-discipline of mechanical engineering, based on the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
