TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd (TMR), formerly known as KOLL (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, was incorporated in 1997 as an equity joint venture company between KOLL Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of KOLL Real Estate Services and RM Top Holdings Sdn. Bhd. TMR became a subsidiary member of Damansara Holdings Berhad (DBhd) formerly known as Damansara Realty Berhad, in 2010, forming an integral part of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services arm of DBhd.
